STEP 1 - Free Data Recovery Evaluation
Upon arrival at our state-of-the-art data recovery lab, your media undergoes a free, non-intrusive evaluation to identify the issues and develop a data recovery strategy.
Your customer service representative will promptly notify you of the evaluation results and send you a written quotation indicating the next steps of your data recovery.
We will commence work on your case only after receiving your approval. Please note that evaluation fees may apply for emergency cases and assessments conducted during holidays or off-hours. For more information, please contact a CBL customer service representative.
Timeframe: With the Standard Evaluation is completed in a period of 24 to 48 hours and with the Rush Evaluation (for Enterprise Solutions) is completed in just 2 hours.
STEP 2 - We’ll Recover Your Data
Upon your approval, our engineers will begin work to recover your data. All of our data recovery projects are performed in a fully secured laboratory environment.
Furthermore, data recovery for hard drives suffering from physical damage will be performed in a Class 100 static-free cleanroom facility to ensure maximum drive efficiency.

STEP 3 - Quality Control
Once your data is successfully recovered, it is taken through a strict quality control procedure. This process will ensure that our data recovery team has recovered the necessary target files that you have identified as the most important.
The quality control team will also test additional file folders to ensure your recovered data is in a useable condition. A File List will be provided to customer: folders and file names and size of the recovered data in a file root structure format. In some cases, remote access may also be available.
STEP 4 - Receive your Recovered Data
After you verify the file list of your recovered data, we will issue an invoice based on the approved quote and transfer your data to a new medium (hard drive or flash drive). Once we receive your payment, we will promptly ship the data back to you.
